Here’s the top 5 use cases they found from its survey of 1000 listeners:

1. To ask a random question or find out a fact.
2. Check the weather.
3. Listen to music.
4. Check the news.
5. Make calls.

The no. 1 use case is asking questions. So what happens when your customer asks a question about your brand or service?
